I do not know about you, but I ran into problems with my Power Steering output hose hitting my headers. This caused over heated fluid and limited belt adjustment. The Bronco power steering pump male output is a SAE 45° #6 3/8" flare fitting. I had the bright idea to put a 90° male/female elbow on the back of the pump because you cannot bend the power steering line any tighter than the factory bend. So I called about every automotive parts shop on this side of the universe and I got a lot of "a what?" or " I an't never heard o nothin like that." I checked with several hydraulics shops if it were not for the #6 in the above description, I would have been done. After calling everybody who knows anybody I found there is one manufacturer that makes this part (unfortunately in brass only) Parker Fluid Connecters part number 166FSV-6-6 90° Swivel Elbow. If you cannot find anyone that carries it locally you can order it from McCOY Sales, 955 Garden of the Gods Rd., Colorado Springs, CO, 80907, (719) 264-8275.

Here is how you do it:

P.S.: Use a tubing bender!
