They had the crate constructed by a company in Florida and asked us to redesign the interior to provide better protection and with an easier, faster load time which would require no tools.

We constructed a crate to capture and hold the base of the sculpture while supporting the hand painted top without touching any part of the hand painted surfaces.  The entire inner crate is of a floating design to withstand a 12" straight drop without triggering a 25g Drop-n-Tell indicator. The sculpture slides into the inner crate and is completely held in place and supported with PE Foam. The front of the crate and the front of the inner crate are held on with HD Cam-Loc Fasteners.

Complete loading of the crate takes about 15 minutes rather than several hours as it was originally designed.
